Domain Management Lock/Unlock Your Domain Locking your domain is the easiest way to make sure no one can transfer it out without your say-so. It’s quick, it’s easy, and it keeps things under your control! Here’s your guide to making it happen. Login to the Client Area and navigate to the Domains section. 2. You’ll be taken to the My Domains page. Locate the domain you wish to manage and click on the three-dot menu next to it. 3. Select Manage Domain from the dropdown options. 4. You’ll be directed to the domain management page. From here, click on “Registrar Lock”. 5. Click on the button to enable the registrar lock. Once turned on, a whois lookup will show your domain with a clientTransferProhibited status.
